 The Deli 
When Casanova Deli opened in November of 1986, it boasted the only espresso and cappuccino machine in Makawao. In fact, there weren't any espresso or cappuccino machines with in a ten mile radius. Equally as rare were hot made-to-order sandwiches and a good vegetarian lunch.

Since then the morning ritual for many Upcountry residents isn't complete without a stop at Casanova Deli, whether it's a quick stop for a coffee to go, or a leisurely breakfast on the porch overlooking the slow traffic moving thru town.
Lunch at Casanova Deli is a social event over delicious hot sandwiches grilled to order on the Panini grill, freshly made pasta of the day, a thick, rich slice of pizza or a caprese salad made with home made mozzarella cheese.

Lunch keeps going till closing time, around 5:30pm, but a wonderful dinner can be made of our large portions of homemade Lasagna or Eggplant Parmesan packaged to go, for a wonderful vegetarian dinner at home.

Pancakes and French toast with real organic maple syrup.

Home baked croissants and fresh pastries.

Omelettes and eggs to order.

15 different varieties of sandwiches made by the order, broiled in our Panini grill.

The pasta of the day.

Pizza by the slice.

Various salads and Casanova's specialties, to be consumed here or packaged to go.

DESSERTS

Best Tiramisu' in Maui (we dare ya...).

Homemade chocolate mousse, cheese cakes, unique Italian cookies and cakes.

Smoothies and ice blended coffee drinks.
